Data360 Govern

We would like some sort of archival process for deleted assets (similar to a recycle bin on your desktop). 

This could be something that is only available in settings or for a small # of users.

Currently, when an asset is deleted from Govern it is permanently deleted. When a user inadvertantly deletes an asset, there is no way to review the description, owner, relationships etc. of the deleted asset.
