Data360 Govern

This is a 3-part question:

1) In the bulk loader, there is an action type of "Responsibilities" but no sections in the Help guide addressing it. Could this be added?

2) When attempting that bulk load type, I filled out the template with the user ids, responsibilities, and asset IDs I wanted them linked to but all rows errored due to "Bulk load responsibilities asset ID value 2 is not a valid asset id. Asset ID values must be an integer." I'm guessing this means this bulk load type does not do what I had hoped it would do, but can you please provide some support on this error?

3) If I am attempting to misuse this bulk load action, could we please have this ability added as an enhancement in the future? I know the ideal ownership model is to have have assets owned via domain, but that is just not feasible within our Report assets; we have way too many variable report owners that are not in any way aligned with the Data Steward makeup of our domains, and that's not likely to change any time soon so we need to be able to reflect accurate current ownership.

so I just went back and tried to figure out what I did wrong and I noticed the bulk load template was looking for the Asset ID, not the UID that I provided. HOWEVER - in the various export templates that we are able to create, the only backend ID you can include is the asset URL, which only provides the UID. So can you please tell me an easy way to extract Asset IDs out of Govern? otherwise, I will just resort to manually assigning users to Reports since it's the same effort of manually looking up Asset IDs.

I would like to at this point suggest that the Responsibilities bulk load template be changed to use UID like every other template, and/or please add the ability in the export template creator to include Asset ID, not just the URL.

We have the enhancement documented regarding to change bulk responsibilities to use asset UID instead of asset ids and it is going to fix in next release to Govern which is scheduled on March 5th, 2021 to DEV and UAT.
