    The business term name is showing duplicated in impact analysis and the breadcrumb. Any idea what is causing this or how to fix it?

    Try checking the 'display format' on the artifact.  It may be that it is duplicated with {name}{name}.  If so, remove one of them so that the display format is simply '{name}'.

    what's the purpose of this functionality - of being able to add the display format when it already has the display set as '{name}'.
