  • 1.  Allow the "Include previous form responses" feature in workflows to apply to the forms, not just the emails

    My users are complaining that if they are working out of the Assignments queue directly in Govern that they cannot see previous responses within the Govern form. They then have to go search for the right email to find that additional information, which is critical in most cases.

    Hi Justin,

    I understand what you're saying.   We're in the process doing some design work on workflow, including a better way to work assignments.   While any changes may be out a few months in the meantime a potential alternative is to work assignments from the Workflow Items screen. You'd just have to filter on yourself as the assignee.  That screen has every detail of every step in the workflow including emails, form responses, any field changes etc..

    Thanks Mandy, that's a good call out on the Workflow screen. I'm eager to see the what your teams comes up with, but in the meantime I will remind users to go there when digging through emails is not desirable
