Data360 Govern

I'm trying to bulk load users within our company's Govern app and received the error message "user is a member of another account and may not be modified" for two users. I didn't find these users within the existing list in Govern and unsure of where they would be listed to cause this error.

Can you provide us the User names with email and also in which environment you are having this issue, if possible please share the screen print of the error so we can troubleshoot the issue.
