Hi all,

We create assets via a workflow. 

A user populates a workflow action form, a data owner reviews/approves the creation of the term, and an HTTP node posts the asset. 

We'd like to add a field "Review date" that is 1 year from the day the data owner reviews the workflow. Is there any way to do this automatically, without having the user type a date 1 year in the future?

I've asked before for basic calculation fields in Govern workflows, but these haven't made it into a sprint as yet.

I have many "Review Date" and "Days until review date" fields, but unfortunately, I have to use an analyze flow (albeit 3 lines of python) to complete this. It's not a bad option if you create your review date to only show when populated and then schedule a small flow to pull in any assets without a "Review date" populated and then quickly do the calculation and push back the value. 

We even create a binary "Overdue Review" field which can then be used in your Data Governance Scoring of an Asset or to trigger chase emails to the asset owner.

Hi John - This is a really great idea! We don't currently have an 'overdue review' field, I love that idea! Do you also populate that field via your analyze flow?
