Dear precisely support team,

some of my users of Govern are complaining about the context menu which pops up when they use the "mouse over" function.

Is there a change to modify the content of the context menu?

What concerns does the team have around this menu? Additionally, what is the team looking to customize within ( specifics on what you are looking to add / drop )?

Any supplemental information on this that you can provide will be helpful for our internal review.

thanks for the quick reply. The user are requesting to hide several information. Right now it seems to me that all meta data of an asset is shown in the contect menu.

It would help us, if we could specify the shown entries for our company needs.

I am happy to review this with the team. Just to ensure we are looking at the same "pop-up" menu, when possible please provide an example screenshot.

In addition, to help me better assist, what is a specific example of what the team will look to add within this window? For instance, when it was stated that the team is looking to "specify the shown entries for the companies needs", what are one or two examples of this?

I have added an example screen shot as requested :)

Just to mention three examples.1) hide the asset id and UID  2) Hide the "Definition- local language"  3) hide the relation we have specified for this asset like "is categoried by Integrity"

Currently there is an enhancement in the works that may assist the team with this concern ( reference : GOV-15717 ). We will be implementing the side-panel on the definition page that will replace this pop-up.

For example, when you click on the link now a side panel will display. This will appear similar to the definition page where the system fields are at the bottom within their own system fields category ( by default this will be collapsed ).

Please note, this will be released within the next few sprint releases.
