Data360 Govern

As part of our international expansion where English may not be the language understood by the audience of Data360, we need localization of the Data360 Govern UI, artefacts, field label & values.

1. The user would select his language amongst the accepted ones, e.g. English (default), German, French and Dutch.
2. The user interface would display the copywriting in the selected language, else it would show the default (English) copywriting. This localization is applied for the general Data360 UI, artefact, field label and its value.
3. Localization implies the need to edit artefacts, their fields and their values in the accepted languages.
