  • 1.  Creating Custom Report Containing Attributes from Multiple Repositories

    I have a need to create a "Where-Used" report whereby the users can see a particular value located in once repository and report contents displays the linked results from another repository.  For example, Repo B contains a attribute to include on the report and contains a foreign key to Repo A.  I would like to show an attributes  from both Repos on the report. 

    I did not find the "Reports" Content to contain this functionality.

    Jeff,

    You can define multi-repository export templates that will do what you want.  You can also write Scheduled Export View type that gives you full control over what gets included and how.   Another alternative is to use the Export Template callout feature to invoke java code or launch a SQL query to alter the publish staging table for the export to add/remove/alter data before the final file is to be created.
