IDEA went live on EnterWorks version 10.1 in late January, with a full cutover on April 17, 2020!
We realized that having the project team all remote during the cutover weekend might not be the best idea, but with the US shut down due to Covid-19, we didn't have much of a choice. We took over 1000 users live and just like any project roll out, we had our bumps in the road the first couple of weeks, but with incredible support from our EnterWorks team, our problems were addressed and things were smooth sailing after that.
I have loved being able to post in the Winshuttle Community to get advice from others in the trenches like me. Please-if you have a question, don't hesitate to post. You never know who might have an answer or might be struggling with the same issue you are!
