Data360 Analyze

Keep getting the error message ‘Failed to connect to web application. Please check the web installation logs’ at the end of installation process. Tried reinstalling and also tried changing the ports but it didn't help - same message again. Looks like the services are not starting at all. Any ideas?

Resolved, issue with JRE.

Hi Nenad, I'm experiencing the same issue here, although I do have Lavastorm 6.1 up and running during install to prevent issues with the server port.

How did you fix this issue?

HI Jorrit, had to reinstall JRE and manually change PATH to point to new installation directory.

Unfortunately I don't have much experience with Java related matters. I just reinstalled it as well, but with PATH, do you mean the PATH environment variable as explained here?: https://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/essential/environment/paths.html

Is this issue still outstanding?  I'm frankly a bit surprised to hear that you have JRE conflicts since we ship with our own JRE, and I'm interested in seeing your environment if this is still an issue.

If it is, I can write back with more details of how to discover and resolve this issue.
