Could not open JDBC Connection for transaction

    I receive the following error when I try to create a new flow (or open an existing flow)

    Message:
    Could not open JDBC Connection for transaction; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database!
    Error code:
    org.springframework.transaction.CannotCreateTransactionException
    Locale:
    en_CA

    Can you please assist to get this corrected?
