  • 1.  Error while starting execution of node 'Transform' Error executing node: Error executing binary

I am unable to run the Transform node (see Error jpeg). My colleague has given me the following steps to solve the issue:
    1) Create a new directory somewhere on your filesystem, with no spaces in the path, where you have full access, e.g. c:/tmp/mynewdir

    2) in your cust.prop file (see pervious info on accessing this file), add the line:

ls.cacheserver.cachebasedir="new_location" - where "new_location" is the new directory you created. Include the quotes around the directory value.

    3) Restart Dataverse.

After following this, the another problem appears- the Excel file cant even run (see Error 2 jpeg). How to fix this or how to run Transform node successfully?

Looking at the information in E22or 2.jpg it looks like there may be a missing backslash character in the line you added to the cust.prop file as there should probably be a "\" in "tempmynewdir".

However, if the original issue you encountered was due to having space characters in your Windows user name, this issue is now fixed in the Dataverse 3.1.7 release.
