  • 1.  Error when trying to group nodes

    Hi. When I try to group nodes together I receive the following error:

    Sorry, something has gone wrong
    An unexpected problem has caused the application to stop working properly.

    key=lae.framework.lock.lockAdvisorNotRegisteredForType bundle=com.lavastorm.lae.framework.lock.ErrorMessages locale=English (United States) args=[child]

    Can anyone help me on this? I'm new to Dataverse.

    Hi Leigh,

    can you let us know which version of Dataverse you are using? You can get the details by clicking on the information (i) button on the top menu bar and selecting 'About Dataverse'.

    There was a issue with grouping nodes in previous versions, the most recent version is 3.1.7

    The issue is fixed in Dataverse 3.1.7 but you can work around this issue by clearing the execution state of the nodes before grouping them.

    Select the nodes and clear the status using the 'eraser' icon on the data flow menu bar.

    Hi Adrian. I am using 3.1.6 so that is why. Also I tried your work around and that worked too. Thanks!
