Hi,
When I initially installed the latest Desktop version from your site (less than a month ago) I was unable to get past the loading splash screen, so tried to reinstall. This failed, and has potentially corrupt the files, as I'm now unable to install/reinstall/uninstall or even run the program without receiving the error:
"The JVM could not be started. The maximum heap size (-Xmx) might be too large or an antivirus or firewall tool could be blocking the application."
I'm confident it's not the AV or firewall, as someone with the same set up as me, on the same network, has no such issues. Also, all the error logs produced which I've found mention java all over the place.
Have anyone seen this before and do you know a way round this?
Thanks!
Alex
