    Hello - We are looking for an easy way to re-order output columns without needing to type out every field name with commas in between each two. Sometimes we might be look at a large number of fields. Is there a node that can help us drag and drop the order? Thanks.

    Hi Rodi,

    There is no field re-order node and the current capabilities of the existing nodes do not allow to use a drag and drop function to specify the output field order.

    We are considering providing additional GUI-based capabilities to nodes to allow you to more easily specify the output field order, but this is not a committed roadmap item at this time.

    You could possibly use the Change Metadata node to re-order fields by feeding it with the appropriate data to set the required field order. However, I understand the field order is not guaranteed to be honored in all situations.

    In addition - as a bit of a 'kludge' - you could try using the Select Fields node in the Community Custom Nodes section to re-order the input fields. It was not designed for this purpose but the effect of specifying the output fields does set the order of the fields on the output. You would still need to insert the commas, but you would at least not need to type in the actual field names.
