  • 1.  Error during unused log cleanup stops product starting

    Error during cleanup of unused logs. Tries to delete something then says it cant be found. I cant start the product any more.

    Removing unused logs...


    The object requested 'object:!tenant:defaultTenant~logs:logs~log:6ae845c8-a26f-47e1-a57c-0fa3b3baa901' cannot be found.

    How can I work around this please?

    Hi John, could you follow these steps to clear the indexes:

    - shut down the app
    - go to the app data directory, then delete everything under C:\ProgramData\Data3SixtyAnalyze\site\data\webapp\repository\infinispan\indexes and
    C:\ProgramData\Data3SixtyAnalyze\site\data\webapp\cache\infinispan\
    - restart Analzye

    Then the application should launch for you. After that it's probably a good idea to switch off the log cleanup. You can do that by going into <installDirectory>web-conf/site.prop and setting ls.lae.system.boot.logging.cleanLogsOnBoot=false
