Attempting to upgrade to 3.1.4 from 3.1.3 on 64bit Linux Server. The first upgrade to existing installation failed, and I believe it may have been due to us removing the default "admin" user which the install may have tried to use to verify the version for upgrade check.
I added the user back but I am unable to get the prompt to upgrade an existing installation. Now the first option is "Restore from backup?"
The failed installation reverted from its backup fine. So I don't think I need to restore again. I just need to get that upgrade existing installation detection again.
