Hi Data360 Team,

We need to change the LDAP to LDAPS, I've tried to add the S to the LDAP but once I did that, AD users can't log on.

Do you have articles on how to implement LDAPS ?

No, what we are trying to do is switch from LDAP to LDAPS in Data360. I've tried adding the S to the string and updated the port but got error. I've imported the two AD certificates for the LDAPS in Windows server already but still got the error.

Reason, to switch from LDAP to LDAPs ? Application supports only one LDAP up front. However, you may configure more than one LDAP in a background but for Application there will be only one LDAP work.

We are switching to LDAPs for secure connection for better security reasons. Currently we are only have one LDAP in Data360 and we want to switch it to LDAPs and only use LDAPs. 

We are not trying to use two LDAP setting, hope this clears things abit.

can you please complete URL. Assuming you have changed the port as well.

something similar to following;

ldaps://server.example.com:389/ou=someOrgUnit,dc=example,dc=com
