  • 1.  Case sensitive filters on case search screen

    Hi Team,

    When trying to filter out records present in case search screen, the exact case (lower case or upper case) needs to be mentioned in the filters to display the records in search screen. Can we have an option where records are displayed in case screen even when the cases are not proper.

    Thanks for the feedback. This has been added as an enhancement for future consideration.

    In the mean time, in more recent releases we have added a tooltip to user entry search filters.

    We plan to conduct several Case Management UX changes in 7.x, so this request would go into consideration then. Thank you.
