    Hi Team,

    We are unable to change the date format for filter fields present in search screen of case store. Currently the default date format shown is MM/dd/yyyy. We wanted this format to be in yyyy-MM-dd. However, we are not able to find a place where we can change the date format to any other formats. Please let us know whether there is any way that we can achieve this, or if not, kindly take this as an enhancement.

    Have you tried the settings in the Field itself?

    Hi Jeff,

    We had tried this option at case store level by changing the Display Format Pattern as "yyyy-MM-dd". But still the default format is appearing (MM/dd/yyyy).
