Hi Team,

Is it possible to set the default landing page as search screen instead of dashboards when proceeding to case store from "Manage Cases" present in the Hamburger button.

Also, do we have the ability to rename the page name visible in the left side such as "Dashboards", "Queues" and "Search" with any business labels so that business users are not confused.

Hi Abhijith,

   For the default Search Screen landing, would this a setting by user or for all users?  Or is it based on role?  If a user is only going into the "Search" section, would providing a direct link/url for the search work?  Meaning, a manager would provide a Case Search URL that goes directly to the Search, instead of the landing Dashboards display.  This would assume that the user wants to go straight to the search screen.

Sorry for the delayed response.

This would be a setting required for all users and is not based on roles. Also, whenever we are going into the case screen, the URL remains same for Dashboards, Queues and Search sections.
