  • 1.  View screen of case screen with different layouts based on values in field

    Hi Team,

    Is it possible to proceed to Result View Screen based on a values in field present in case store.

    PFB screenshot for your reference:

    From the above 2 screenshots, note that when field Alert Type = 'Past due loans' (Search Screen), the view screen to which it was redirected is populated with values in the first 4 fields and the remaining fields are populated with null.

    Like this, when value of field Alert Type = 'Payment Remark Received' (search screen), the view screen is populated as shown below:

    Basically, based on the value present in field Alert Type, we need to have different Result View Screen. Please let us know whether this is possible. If not, please take this up as an enhancement.
