  • 1.  Dynamic layout of filters on case screen

    Hi Team,

    Is it possible to have values of filters present in case screen to remain in a static position irrespective of the n number of multiple selection. We expect this functionality to work in the same way as it works in dashboards (like showing a scroll bar when there are multiple values).

    As of now, whenever we select a value in filters present in case screen, it either expands the width or height of the filter console based on selections. PFB screenshot of the scenario for your reference:

    Hi, Have you set Min Width or Max Width on the search field? That would limit its movement.

    Hi Jeff,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    We had already set Min Width and Max Width. However, the width or height was still getting expanded. It will be better if we can have the same functionality as that present in dashboard section (showing a scroll bar when there are multiple values).

       If the min width and max width are not behaving as expected, please submit a Support ticket so the teams can look further into the issue.
