  • 1.  Ability to add case screen to the home/landing page

    Hi Team,

    Is it possible to add the case search screen to the home/landing page of DQ+ in the same way that we add dashboards to the home page by selecting them as Favorite.

    This is to reduce the effort for the user to proceed to the case screen. Currently, the user has to proceed to the pipelines post login, then click on the Hamburger icon and select "Manage Cases" and click on the case store that he/she wishes to proceed to.

    Instead, if the user is able to favorite the case screen, he/she can view the case screen in the home page and need not do the aforementioned activities when logging in for the 2nd time which would reduce the effort put in by the user.

    There are a few updates coming to this topic as we have updated the interface to make "Cases" easier for users to access (See below).  The other option would be to provide the URL that directly links to the Case to the user.  However, we also plan to allow for a user to "Favorite" a case which would then show on the user home screen, but is in the future.

    The updated UX starts in 5.0.
