  • 1.  Display only immediate transitions in case screen

    Hi Team,

    Currently, when clicked on a case, we find all transitions listed in the drop down with the immediate transitions enabled and the other transitions greyed out. Would it be possible to display only the immediate possible transitions when clicked on a particular case rather than showing all possible transitions in the drop down.

    This enhancement was proposed by the business users of Nordea. Currently, Nordea is on version 3.3 fixpack-6.
