  • 1.  Ability to undo drill-down for dashboards present in case screen

    Hi Team,

    Can we have the possibility to undo the drill-down for dashboards present in case screen. Currently, when we drill down from a dashboard to another dashboard in case screen, we are not able to find the option "Undo".

    Can you please check and let us know whether this is possible for dashboards present in case screen. If not, please add a functionality to Undo the drill-down, else it becomes difficult for the user to drill-up to the top hierarchy.

    Hi, In Case Management, there are back/forward buttons in the dashboard that is displayed.  Please see below.

    Hi Jeff,

    I don't find this option in DQ+ 3.3 which Nordea is currently in. Can you please let me know whether this is something that comes by default or something which needs to be configured.

    This feature was introduced in DQ+ 4.3:

    "The Back / Forward toolbar is now displayed when viewing dashboards in the case management view."
