  • 1.  Ability to reset filter selections in case screen

    Hi Team,

    Can we have an option to reset all the filters selected in case screen so that a user can quickly see the case screen without any filters. As of now, if we have selected multiple filters in case screen, we need to deselect all the filters selected one by one. Is it possible to add a "Reset" button next to the "Search" button.

    Thanks for the feedback.  This has been added as an enhancement for future consideration.

    This is currently slated for the DQ+ 6.0 release.
