  • 1.  Case Management - Hover question

    Before moving to 6.2 fixpack 3 - we could hover over these Record Contents and see fields - now there isn't a way to see these.  What am I missing?

    Hi Cathy,

    Please confirm for me if the "show tool tip" is enabled for that field within the result screen.

    They were not - but turning on tooltips did fix the issue.  Thank you
