  • 1.  Spectrum Spatial Analyst Connect & Admin wrong username password

    After I upgraded SSA12 to 12.1, I not able to login into SSA Connect and Admin. Error message is wrong username and password. But the same admin username and password can login into Spectrum Spatial and Spectrum Management Console page.

    Can you check for following property in shared.properties under <INSTALL_PATH>/customerconfigurations/_global_

    spectrumserver.securityproductservice.url=<SPECTRUM_URL>/productapi/SecurityProductService

    spectrumserver.securityproductservice.wsdl=<SPECTRUM_URL>/productapi/SecurityProductService?wsdl

    if it doesnot exist, try to add it manually and restart analyst and adminconsole
