    Check, please, if the Scaled Printing option of the Printing Preference is Enabled in the SSA Admin Console map config/project.

    In SSA 12.2 the Guide says   “The Printing Preference is used to set the printing preference used in a map configuration by selecting one of the options from the drop down menu. The printing can be enabled fully, disabled fully or enabled for scaled printing.”

    In the next release, the Scale Printing Preference will be more visible - and not in a popup.
