?I have noticed that when SSA initially opens, the map shows white tiles

eg: wms derived aerials (raster) do not show until the map is moved and or zoomed in or out. Using the dev tools in IE the wms service show errors initially,

But then works normally when you zoom in or out, with the tiles appearing normally.

The wms aerials also appear fine if you change between your map configs, which to me says there is an issue with the initial JS loading order and or initialisation of services on initial page load.

This issue also happens if the browser page is reloaded.

Have you had any issues such as this?

?Here is an example of what's happening, you can see the white tiles when SSA is first loaded and then the aerial tiles being generated properly when the map is panned. If the map is zoomed then the aerial tiles replace the white tiles.
