Spectrum Spatial (SSA/LIM)

Hello, I'm new to Spectrum Spatial and I'm trying to create a map, and I've uploaded the data, but the legend isn't cooperating. It looks perfect in MapInfo, with each point being shown along with the expression I put into the legend designer to label it, but when it shows up in Spatial Spectrum Analyst, it just says point next to each of my points. Please, what am I doing wrong and how can I fix this? I feel like I'm missing something very simple, but I can't figure out what it is. Thanks

You are not missing something very simple - it's basically the way Spectrum Spatial Analyst works when it comes to legends.

At the moment we are not doing a very good job at porting a custom legend from MapInfo Pro to Spetrum Spatial and from there to Analyst.

Analyst works best with thematic legends. So if you can create a theme based on your table and a column in your table, and upload the map with this theme turned on. This will give you the best result.

but if you create a thematic (as Peter suggests), and name the legend elements, you can achieve something like the following:

Also remember that if you have renamed your layer in the Layer Control in MapInfo Pro, this friendly name will be used instead of the table name which can be hard to decifre.

Thank you so much for your answers. Good to know that I wasn't missing something simple, since the legend I created was custom. I'll give creating a theme a shot, I'm sure that will work.
