Hi Stuart
As you can see in my screen shots above, I already did that.
For the others who may be still following...
I had been advised to update my MI, SSA and SSA platform. So I did as instructed. Everything looked good in 64bit MI, I went to upload and SSA wouldn't work anymore, it wouldn't accept my password.
After speaking to technical support I was advised that the latest release of both analyst and the platform available on the download page are not compatible with each other. I was also advised that we would be emailed when a new compatible release was available.
Shortly after I got the following email;
---
Dear Spectrum Spatial Analyst Customer,
Many Spectrum Spatial Analyst (SSA) customers received a communication prompting them to upgrade their Spectrum platform to version 12.1. If you received this email, please do not upgrade Spectrum until after the new version of SSA is released later this month. When the new version of SSA is available, we will send an email to let you know to proceed with your upgrade.
Thanks and sorry any confusion,
The Pitney Bowes Team

So I went back through my emails and found the following in regards to product releases;
16/09/2017 - Spectrum Technology Platform – 12.0 SP1 Release Announcement
23/09/2017 - Spectrum Technology Platform Product Update 11.1 S55
28/09/2017 - Spectrum Technology Platform 11.1 S53 Product Update
29/09/2017 - Spectrum Technology Platform Product Update 10.1 S52
Since then I've also gotten the following;
25/10/2017 - Spectrum Technology Platform 12.1 S03 Product Update
25/10/2017 - Spectrum Technology Platform 12.0 S31 Product Update
26/10/2017 - Spectrum Technology Platform 11.1 S57 Product Update
So I'm sure everyone can see where the confusion has come from!
In the meantime IT has attempted to rollback to a compatible version, which failed, so in the end IT has created a new virtual server for Spectrum.
Hopefully this week I will have access back!
