Spectrum Spatial (SSA/LIM)

When doing a search from Upper left input bar, from a level 10 zoom, for example, SSA selects multiple (100+) objects instead of just the 1 I am searching for. If I zoom into say Level 18-20, the search works fine and only selects the one I'm after. Have you come across this before or could it be a bug?? Thank you.

Hi @Tim Warfe? , May you give us more information, please? Patches installed, type of objects, number of records and more... maybe you might send our techinical support an email because I would like to help but I didn't succeed to replicate your issue. It works find for me at each zoom level with 8000 region object records.

Hi @Tim Warfe? , amazing solution, congrats! I like it a lot.

I think it isn't a bug I think that the search radius changes when the map zoom changes. I mean that at Level 10 SSA finds many records within the radius, at Level 19 SSA finds just a record around the Address you chosen. I would suggest to set a different value of "Callout Search Width (px)" for this layer in the SSA Admin Console > Map Configs > Maps. Let me know how is going... in negative case I will have a chat with the SSA Engineers.

Thanks @Monica Di Martino? , I've changed all of the layers to 1px callout. Just to try that. The result is better (14 props instead of 100+) so quicker, but not just the one I am searching for. It also works fine for my 2nd and additional searches. I'm trying having the initial zoom level a higher number (Zoom 15). We'll see how that goes.

@Monica Di Martino?  An initial Zoom level of 15 seems to work fine with searching. If I manually zoom out to say 10 or so, the problem is still there.
