Spectrum Spatial (SSA/LIM)

Hi there, new install of SSA. Map Admin page works fine. When try to look at defaultmap in browser, the purple PB shows for a few seconds and the screen goes white. What can I do??

Ver 12.2 Platform and SSA. Could it be a licencing issue??

Hello @Tim Warfe? I would clear the browser cache for first item. You might look at the Licensing in Spectrum Management Console - but I don't think so. Then please, take care of the Spectrum LIM 12.2 S05 patch installed and the SSA 12.2 S01 and S02 patches installed too. Finally, look at the wrapper.log file - are there some error message?

Hello @Tim Warfe? what do you mean for the default map is white? you mean you are not seing MS Bing Maps as base tile map? You might have an issue with the Bing. Please, share with us more details.

Thanks for the response Monica, I'll check for available patches today. By white I mean, that the browser tab that should be showing the SSA interface is completely blank, nothing is showing at all. No Legend, controls, map, etc. Cheers Tim

All fixed. Installed a Java application that was missing. SSA is working now.
