Can the SSA end user create the overlap area among Travel Time/Distance boundaries around locations and calculate how many (Vehicle Park, Population, Customers...) data are within?

     Yes - just using the SSA Merge/Split new feature & the Enterprise Routing Module for calculating the Travel Distance/Time boundaries!

    This is the procedure: create the Travel Time/Distance Boundaries, use SSA Annotation>Merge/Split, select the boundaries on the map and use the Merge/Split tools - like "Union" for calculating the coverage area or "Delete outside" for calculating the overlap area. You might use the "Query in" or "Summarize data" in the annotation for calculatin the data value of the area!
