So if I want the legends to work I have to use thematic maps.
My thematic map works and displays fine in MI. The contents of the fields are all fine. The colours for the themes are working. I have three problems once they're uploaded to the viewer
1) Some (but not all) polygons are not coloured by the thematic map. SOme appear clear but still selectable - SOLVED
2) In one layer, some (but not all) polygons when clicked with the information tool, not only lack colour, but the fields returned by the template are not the fields displayed by every other polygon. The information in the original tab file is correct and the table has been packed (just in case) - SOLVED
3) The labels work when they feel like it. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. There doesn't seem to be a pattern. Sometimes they turn on mid session. Sometimes they don't turn on at all.
I have checked and all the fields are correct. The thematic maps are working perfectly in MI. I have re-uploaded the workspace. The only thing I haven't done is manually added the layer via the spatial manager (which I can't currently log into, I'll post a separate topic for that issue.
