Hello, I am having an issue with basemaps after we upgraded to 12.1.An example is when pulling up a map configuration with just a basemap, the screen is blank until zooming in one level. Any thoughts as to why this might be?

I am part of SSA engineering team, sorry to hear that you are having trouble. For us to solve the issue, we would need more details around the problem (mapconfig, url , configurations etc.). I would encourage you to reach to Pitney Bowes technology support team, to open a support ticket for this problem. It will be simpler for you to take it from there.

This is known issue that the PB engineers will be providing a fix for.

A bug has been logged for this and it will be fixed in the SSA 13 release. Bug reference number is CONN-34829

In most cases? I think I just expect the software to be able to be configured how I want and while testing I break it, ooops
