  • 1.  Where do I find Thematic Mapping in SSA?

    I have access to SSA 7, and Admin Console. According to the User guide, for thematic mapping, I should have access to a tab, but I can't find it. Would you mind to let me know how I can have access to mapping functionality?

    That's simple, just go to the settings tab under the MapConfig tab. and on the right most column of functionality option, you will find a setting "Enable End User Thematics " and tick that option and should be able to use that.

    Also, we strongly recommend that you should upgrade to the latest version of SSA that is 12.1 for now. after SSA 7 we have released SSA 7.1 SSA 8.0 SSA 8.0.1 and SSA 12.0 as well.

    One good option is to uninstall SSA 7 and directly install SSA 12.1 to get all the new features of SSA and you would need to upgrade your Spectrum as well to Spectrum 12.1.

    Thank you indeed for your response. I have now access to the thematic map available in SSA. Also acknowledge your advice on upgrading to the latest version.
