I need to build a list or library to see workflows that have not been fully completed. Currently on the dashboard, each person can see either their own applications in progress or everyone's. I need to build a library per department (this is a field in the form) so that they can view workflows that have not been completed yet. They don't need the actual form in the library. They would just need a reference number (also a field on the form). Does anyone know how I can achieve this? I thought about creating a library with metadata and once an application is submitted, the library is then populated with the details of this application. But I am not sure how to remove the application details from the library once the workflow has ended. We only want to see open applications in the list/library.
