    Dear Team

We have been force to migrate to use studio V11.4 as our SAP GUI Has been updated to 750. Studio is a great tool but we have been experiencing issues with the scrips created in previous Versus Runner with GUI 740.  Anyone else  experiencing this. We are using HR module.

    Bets regards

    Hi Christian,

We had the same problem when we upgraded from 10.7.3 to 11.4.1. The problems I've identified are for some scrips recorded in GUI Scripting, but I couldn't find a way to run it in 11.4.1. Since we still have GUI 740, I'm running those in the 10.7.3 software, and the other scripts in the Studio.

I would suggest you to contact the support.

We also had to upgrade but fixing the scripts is easy.  Open each of the scripts and then click on Save.  In the Save window, near the bottom, use the drop down box next to "Version" and change them to "Transaction v11".  After that when users use the script it will work fine.  We had to go through all of our scripts and update them but have had no issues since.

We've done the same thing with our programs, though there were a few I've come across this approach did not work. In those instances, I've had to rewrite the programs using Winshuttle Studio, but for the most part everything updated to Studio 11 just fine.

    Hi Christian,

As  you have seen in the replies, most scripts will work with no changes.

When they don't, I try the path of least resistance, as I have scripts I've created over nearly 9 years:
    (1) I open the script, test it  and republish.  Often that works.  I have had some query scripts that worked fine this way.
    (2)  If it still won't run, I  open the script, save as a version 11 script, test and re-publish.
    (3) I have had rare instances where I have to re-create a script.

    Best Regards,
    Sigrid
