Can you tell me which fields you are selecting?  Are you merging with any other tables?  Does this work for Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts?

and focus on this section:  S/4HANA Finance Technical Changes

1. It's in the ACDOCA table, add SKAT if you want the GL account description.
2. Use criteria Document Status as "C" and Period as "000", then fill in the rest - for Ledger, company, account range (as needed), COA, Fiscal year, etc.
3. Map output to an Excel table
4. Create a pivot based on the contents of that table

I checked report: S_ALR_87012277 for account balance, and it seems to check out.

Our reporting trial balance is a combination of natural GL account plus costs center. Can the query be modified to pull this combination?
