    Hello, 
    in Evolve, We create a workflow with several users on evolve.

    We need all users in workflow can check where the demand is and the details in after they finished their tasks on the form.

    We thought we could do this by « documents » but only generator can see details and status.

    Is there a way to inform everyone of the process with this option ?

    If not, is it possible to see finished tasks with details for any users anywhere else ?

    Hi Alexandre

    Spent a little time looking into your question, and so I sent it to our product team.

    Right now:
    • An app admin can see all of the process instances & history.
    • The originator of a process can view information about the process that they started.
    • You can create reports to view process & task information in the reporting tool of your choice.
    The product team has advised: "...we are working on creating a feature (planned for the 20.3 release) that will allow non-admin users to view documents created by other users. This feature will also allow to view Process history, Version history and the document."  So this functionality will be coming, likely in Q4, but please know exact dates are not promised until we're closer to the release.
