  • 1.  Installing Winshuttle Function Module

    When installing the Winshuttle Function Module on our SAP system, does that particular system/client system need to be down? In the past we always did it during system maintenance downtime, just to be sure. But I am curious as we are about to apply it to another system and I am not sure when that system will be down.

    Hi Thersha,
    Please note I'm not someone who does this the Function Module installation, but not that I'm aware of.  There should be instructions in the file that gets downloaded.  If you are still not sure, please open a support ticket, where they can assist you.
