  • 1.  Update existing Partner on IE02

    Hi,

    If we need to move an equipment from Person A to Person B we need to update the Partnerfunction.

    Is there a trick to get always the correct function for update the partner.

    F.e we got an equipment (IE02)

    Equipment: 123456
    The following partners are set
    - Function: VN Vendor = Vendor C
    - VU User Rep.: User Rep A
    - VU User Rep.: User Rep D
    - VU User Rep.: User Rep B

    Equipment 654321

    The following partners are set
    - Function: VN Vendor = Vendor C
    - VU User Rep.: User Rep D
    - VU User Rep.: User Rep A

    We need to change "User Rep A" how can we arrange this? =POSV is not working in IE02 i see.

    Hi Piet

    For issues with grids, usually there are two options GUI scripting with Indexed If: https://docs.winshuttle.com/studio-en-12-1-x-online-help-studio-w-connect/12/Add-conditions.htm  - or even better if you can find a BAPI.  With a BAPI, position won't matter.

    I have used BAPIs for objects like customer or sales order, but IDK if there is one for Equipment.  Maybe a search will turn one up you can use.
