It's really hard to tell what's going on based on the description alone.
I always try the chain while still in Studio. Does it work there but not after publishing?
You could try dropping the problematic one and adding it back.
There is also a Studio Utility you can request from Support, which will show you everything published and allow you to make a few adjustments.
You might also check with support, as they can dig into the details with you.

Hello everyone,
Running into an odd error when our runner is using a chained script in production. The first ten transaction scripts run just fine but the final one is acting like the solution is not published. The temporary workaround is running the final script as a standalone but we would ideally have it all run as one.
Any insight as to what is causing the issue.
