    Via Winshuttle is there any means to download attachment? I am looking for a way to download attachments from SAP CRM.

    I have not been able to make that work in a Transaction script.  Typically there is a mix of SAP screens and what appears to be Windows screens to navigate to where you want it copied.  The last bit is what we don't capture - the Windows screen.

    I wonder if there might be a BAPI to do the same.   I did a quick search and several people have asked the same thing without any luck, but feel free to do further research - possibly checking with your SAP team.

    1. Login into CRM via web link------ how to login into CRM web link via winshuttle? If you can help here, will be much appreciated.
    2. From Interaction Center-agent Inbox- need to download attachment

    Unfortunately we don't support the web interface to CRM (or SAP overall) - only the backend GUI transactions or BAPIs or extracts from the tables.

    I'm trying to download attachments via FB03 using GUI scripting.  I had a request from someone that had used Winshuttle for this very purpose at a previous job.

    I can get it to run.  The script will download the second attachment because that's the one I chose.  The issue though is looping through all the attachments for one document number.  One doc can have three attachments while another may have just one.

    And another issue is that not all attachments have file names.  You would have to generate a file name for those that don't have one.
