  • 1.  how to use static and dynamic lists in query?

Hi, i am trying to feed the customer number and get the address from KNA1, the number of records are more than 50K. As we know the limitation of selection is 5000 records at a time, is there anyway using static or dynamic lists we can extract the data for more than 5000 records?

    Hi Raj

You can, of course, use different criteria, like ranges, etc.  But for me, queries are best used to find the list of object numbers.

Since you have the list of customer numbers, you could just use a transaction script and record the fields you need to download, without saving at the end.  Then in the mapper choose to DOWNLOAD all of the fields, except for the customer number, which is required to find and open the object, in this case customer.  If it's just address, then you don't need the sales area data that goes with it.

    Best Regards,
