With the Studio 20.2 with Connect release (September 2021), we changed the policy regarding supporting the use of module-only license upgrades with Studio. This means, starting with the 20.2 release, all the existing customers with Studio module-only licenses will only be required to purchase a full Studio license prior to upgrading to 20.2 or later versions.
If a customer wants to upgrade and needs the Studio 20.2 installer, they need to fill out the form (available in place of the download links on the support site – here). Once customer fills the form, we will confirm the customer’s entitlement:
- If the customer is licensed for Studio or Runner Studio, they will be sent a Studio download link via email within 3 business days.
- If the customer is license for only an individual module of Studio such as Transaction, Query or their Runner licenses, then their Sales representative will follow up with the customer and will provide cost information related to the necessary full Studio licenses so the customer has the entitlement to upgrade. Once the purchase is made, the customer will be sent a Studio download link via email.

Please note that module-only licenses are no longer available for versions 20.2 and above. Existing customers must upgrade to full Studio or Studio Runner licenses if they wish to upgrade to 20.2. Contact your sales representatives if you have any questions.
